Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Sales, the National Account Executive for PointClickCare is responsible for identifying and closing sales opportunities within our existing network of customers with multiple locations across the country. In this role, your primary focus will be to introduce our current customers to new products and services and further strengthen our relationship with these customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify customer needs and cultivate effective sales strategies via phone and email; some onsite travel will be required
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal Customer Success and Account Managers.
  • Post launch, work with Customer Success and Account Managers to ensure consistent value is delivered to the customer and potential for up sell is realized.
  • Contribute sales leadership through your experience and work ethic.
  • Establish a consistent pipeline on a daily basis via lead generation
  • Ability to utilize, maintain and adhere to proper CRM hygiene
  • Participate in weekly 1:1 meetings with Director
  • Identify and proactively engage in business and sales opportunities to achieve identified sales related objectives.
  • Identify and communicate complementary add-on and cross-selling opportunities to customers by leveraging your detailed knowledge and understanding of PointClickCare’s products, programs, and services.
  • Responsible for managing complex transactions with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Will be assigned to strategic customer accounts which consist of a high revenue base and growth potential.
  • May be required to assist with training and coaching other Inside Sales Representatives.
  • Design and execute strategic business plans and through detailed action items, drive profitable revenue growth.

Required Experience:
  • Previous Large Account Management sales (preferably in the SAAS sales)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • 4 Year undergraduate degree is preferred
  • Ability to work successfully in a fast paced demanding environment
  • Comfortable with prospecting and cold calling as well as closing sales over the phone
  • High proficiency at conducting needs analysis
  • Ability to engage customers as you build relationships quickly and effectively
  • Organized, independent, resourceful and diligent in maintaining CRM data
  • Exceptional team player
  • Experience and training with SPIN selling methodology
  • Previous post-acute or health care related experience preferable
