Job Summary

This individual will achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively selling SurgiReal’s products. Rep will contact and secure new business accounts/customers utilizing telephone and email outreach. This position will focus solely on new business.

Job Qualifications:

  • 3+ years sales experience
  • 2+ years phone sales experience
  • Consultative sales approach
  • CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills (written, verbal)
  • Adaptable & Well Organized
  • Solution-seeking with a Positive Attitude (Team Player)
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent sales experience)

Job Duties:

  • Prospect for new contacts in the Higher Ed space.
  • Conduct outbound sales calls to warm and cold leads.
  • Promote/sell/secure orders from prospective customers through a consultative, relationship-based approach.
  • Educates prospects and customers about SurgiReal’s products and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
  • Provide clear and effective written proposals/quotations for prospective customers.
  • Create and manage a customer value plan for customers highlighting profile, share, and value opportunities.
  • Refer customer needs, problems, interests and potential for new products and services to management.
  • May participate in trade shows and conventions.
  • Other duties, as defined by SurgiReal
