Base Salary plus Unlimited Commission

As a Sales Representative, your job is to find and build relationships with customers who work in property management and facilities maintenance. Their services are unique, so it will be your job to educate and build trust with our customers. They are looking for someone who lives out their core values of Serving Others, Being a Problem Solver and Trusting the Process.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Meeting with 10-15 contacts a day.
On-site visits, phone calls and email follow-ups
In a variety of industries including Property Management, Hotels, Movers, Restaurants, Builders... etc.
Maintaining and expanding existing Customer relationships
Educating on company's capabilities and limitations
Enjoys working with people
Validating level of Customer satisfaction and opportunities to improve
Earning the trust with our Customers
Working within a sales team and process
Memorizing sales scripts and role-playing practice
Documenting sales activities in CRM; from lead to work order and all steps in between
Reporting accurately and weekly
Brainstorming to find new leads and opportunities
Sales experience; specifically, cold-calling and/or B2B sales
Goal-oriented, self-starter, and energetic
Licensed to operate a passenger car and have a clean driving record
Professional, caring and service-minded
Readiness to work with a metrics-based, process-driven sales team
General working knowledge of property and/or construction industry
Experience using CRM tool and process
Experience working in base + commission environment
Experience in building and maintaining solid business relationships
Competitive salary with unlimited commission on gross sales.
