You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and negotiating contracts to ensure mutual success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company goals.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on progress.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare presentations and proposals for potential clients.
Experience
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry.
- Strong customer relationship management skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Demonstrated project management abilities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify opportunities for growth.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

Pay: $33,500.00-$65,500.00 per year
