Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our group sales and local company sales and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technology sales and account management, with a proven track record of success in business development. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, and fostering relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. On top of the base salary there is a commission for all group and LNR booked.

Duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee account management activities to ensure high levels of customer service.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress to senior management.
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to improve product knowledge and selling techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technology sales, with a strong understanding of technical products and services.
- Demonstrated success in account management and outside sales roles.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer requirements.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Experience in business development, identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts as well as new markets.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
