We are looking for a highly motivated, full-time, in-home SALES MANAGER who likes the idea of unlimited income potential and wants to build a successful career with a local company. Even if you aren't experienced in Solar Sales, but have any sales experience, APPLY NOW!

Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Business to Consumer in-home consulting and full circle project management
  • Properly prepare for appointments by building proposals, presentations, and energy audits
  • Conduct an effective, powerful, and educational client-specific presentation that results in a sale every time
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales appointment and revenue goals
  • Display strong negotiation, sales presentation & closer skills
  • Provide excellent customer service by managing accounts proactively
  • Provide technical information about solar power, solar systems, equipment, and services to prospective and existing clients
  • Staying educated on the newest solar energy product technologies and financing options
  • Gather referrals from clients


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Coachable and self-motivated
  • Capable of working well under pressure and meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Background in outside sales or sales consultant, in-home sales experience a plus +++
  • Knowledge/Background in home improvement, home automation, smart home technology, and energy efficiency a plus +++
  • Desire to make money and grow your career with the company in outside sales
  • Ready to invest time and hard work to be a part of a leading solar company in an ever-growing solar industry
  • Must be flexible to work evening and weekend in-home sales appointments
  • Must have reliable transportation and willingness to drive throughout defined solar sales territory


  • In-Home sales experience a plus +++
  • Ability to communicate a technical process in an easy to understand the way in person and via telephone & email
  • Keep up to date and continuously educate yourself on Renewable Energy products
  • Proficiency with Mac computers, Microsoft Office, HubSpot a plus +++

Pay Scale for Qualified Candidates

  • Paid training
  • All qualified leads are provided (a minimum of 8 leads are provided to you)
  • Average Sale $48,000 - Average Commission $1,800 per Signed Contract
  • Average Potential Earnings are $100,000+ per year
  • Weekly expenses (based on experience)
  • Volume bonuses are available
