Pre-Qualification Requirements:
- You’ve consistently ranked in the top 10-20% of our sales team over the past 2-3 months.
- You’ve demonstrated strong mentoring, problem-solving, and communication skills within the past 1-2 months.
- You have mastered our products/services and sales tools within your first 3 months.
- You’ve been with us for at least 2-3 months and are eager to take on more responsibility.
- You’re committed to completing assigned leadership training for your transition.
Key Responsibilities and Transition Plan:
- Month 1: Building Trust and Familiarity: In your first month, you’ll co-lead sales meetings with the owner and shadow one-on-one meetings to grasp team dynamics. You’ll handle minor management tasks to position yourself as a supportive leader and engage in informal coaching sessions while starting training on our reporting systems.
- Month 2: Shared Responsibilities: In the second month, you’ll begin leading parts of sales meetings and conducting one-on-ones with select team members independently. Your coaching role will formalize, and you’ll manage most day-to-day support queries. By month-end, you’ll be responsible for creating and presenting weekly reports, with oversight from the owner as needed.
- Month 3: Full Leadership Transition: In your final month, you’ll take over all one-on-one meetings and lead sales team meetings independently while the owner observes. You’ll handle recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and reporting entirely, with the owner stepping in only for major issues, allowing you to establish your leadership style.
