Position: Senior Engagement Manager
Status: Full Time Permanent
Location: New Westminster, BC
Department: Product
Manager: CTO/President

The Senior Engagement Manager is a critical member of the Go-To-Market team and responsible for understanding and positioning solutions that drive long term success for our customers and our products. You will will be responsible for scoping, proposing and contracting our services to help accelerate customer growth and adoption of our products. You will work with all internal departments and may act as the primary point of contact from both an internal and external stakeholder perspective.

Advertisers use our product to understand the effectiveness of all digital marketing channels they employ. Our technology analyses, interprets and prescribes tactics to optimize marketing efficiency and improve results through automation.


  • Align, engage and develop trusted partnerships with account teams across assigned customer segments
  • Conduct detailed discovery meetings, collect requirements and gain mutual understanding of customers needs, followed by positioning ideal customer success solutions to resolve these needs
  • Collaborate with internal business development and teams to further align on partner led solutions to support customer needs
  • Drive pre-sales execution to meet and exceed identified services revenue and customer success targets
  • Responsibly focus on workflows between pre-sales contracting and resourcing/delivery team kick-off activities
  • Craft customer pre-sales assets and work with internal cross-functional teams to refine existing and develop new GTM assets
  • Help drive customer references and case studies


  • Success in this role will be measured by volume of customers buying the product

Must Have

  • 6+ years of relevant engagement management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce or other related field/discipline
  • Experience working with in a SaaS environment
  • Excellent consultative, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience in a sales environment and the development and closure of sales opportunities
  • Experience speaking to and developing relationships with customers
  • Formal training and experience with analytics and insights platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Facebook Analytics)
  • Experience working in marketing/advertising, digital media or the auto industry

Nice to Have

  • Experience working at a car dealership, automotive marketing company or automotive software company
  • Experience working with and creating product UI mockups


  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies in large data sets
  • Experience building and maintaining life cycle deadlines and completing projects on time
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Ability and willingness to generate new ideas and to recognize and build upon those of others
  • Ability to articulate complex and detailed concepts in clear layman’s terms to ensure comprehension by customers
  • Proven track record of driving continuous improvement and operating with flexibility
  • Experience collecting, analyzing and summarizing data for internal and external customers
