Job Description

Deep 6 AI is transforming clinical trials to help get life-saving treatments to patients faster and accelerate innovation in healthcare. Our cutting-edge software connects all participants in the clinical research ecosystem on a real-time, real-world data SaaS platform, from research teams to treating physicians, patients and study sponsors.
We are looking for a Strategic Account Manager (SAM) to help our customers get the most out of Deep 6 software. The SAM will work closely with leadership at some of the world’s top research hospitals to bring the future of clinical trials to these sites. This role has enormous growth potential and will help define the future of account management at Deep 6.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience building relationships with clinical leaders, excellent project management skills, and a track record of creative problem solving in a professional services role. What You'll Do

    • Customer relationships
    • Act as the main point of contact and advisor on all things Deep 6 for senior clients at leading research hospitals
    • Understand our customers’ research strategies and current pain points, and develop a plan for solving them with Deep 6 products and services
    • Create and deliver structured, repeatable account reviews that clearly communicate value realized from Deep 6
    • Work with Sales team to understand contract terms, key relationships, and opportunities to expand at each account

    • Internal collaboration
    • Work closely with Customer Success to make sure training, workflows, and rollout plans meet the needs of our customers
    • Collaborate with Implementation team, data engineers and data science teams to make sure client data pipelines are robust and meet future research needs
    • Understand and provide feedback on the product roadmap

    • Process development
    • Create playbooks for delivering, evaluating, and communicating value to clients
    • Define best practices for robust, tech-enabled clinical trials sites
    • Contribute to internal infrastructure to grow account management function

About You

    • Must have experience as main point of contact in a complex, client-facing role
    • Healthcare experience is strongly recommended; clinical trials experience is a plus
    • Must have experience overseeing projects that require cross-team collaboration
    • Must have strong business judgement and a sense for how to quantify value to clients
    • Must have excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
    • Able to work in a startup environment, helping to create new processes and structures
    • Dependable, flexible, self-motivated
    • Consulting experience is a plus
