Canada U Arts Academy is a prestigious organization dedicated to promoting art education. We provide art programs such as modelling and street dancing classes to students age from 4-13. We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Bilingual Sales Representative who is fluent in English and Chinese to help expand our reach and engage new clients.

Job Summary:

The Bilingual Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting our institution's offerings to a diverse audience. This position requires fluency in both English and Chinese to effectively communicate with our broad client base. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the arts, excellent communication skills, and a strong sales acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, approach, and establish relationships with potential clients, including schools, corporations, and individual patrons.
Client Engagement: Deliver exceptional service to new and existing clients, answering inquiries and providing guidance on our programs and events.
Event & Program Promotion: Promote our events and classes to generate interest and sales, assisting in meeting sales targets.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions, prepare reports, and work collaboratively with the marketing and program teams.
Outreach & Networking: Attend events and networking opportunities to expand the institution's client base and strengthen community relations.

Qualifications:

Language Skills: Fluency in English and Chinese required.
Sales Experience: 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the arts, education, or cultural sectors.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Passion for the Arts: Genuine interest in the arts and cultural engagement.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
