Salary: Salary + Commission

American Select Partners is a rapidly growing Dallas-based Health and Life Insurance company looking to expand our sales staff. We are currently seeking ambitious individuals ready to make an immediate impact. The candidates we hire today will have a fast track to leadership positions within our organization. We are specifically looking for self-starters who enjoy a challenge and have proven sales skills with evidence of leadership ability, interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic.

As an Sales Account Executive, you will handle inbound calls from across the United States and increase our revenue by matching healthcare plans and life insurance options to individual and family needs. We represent numerous A-rated carriers across the country and can shop and compare our clients' plans to ensure the highest quality experience.

Responsibilities:

-Handling inbound/ outbound calls to assist individuals with enrollment, renewal, and service client accounts
-Learn product features, marketing, and sales techniques necessary to achieve company goals
-Actively listen to customer needs and develop the best solution to fit their medical, financial, and emotional needs
-Educate customers on their options and how these changes can improve their lives and their health
-Follow internal processes and procedures to ensure that transactions are handled as company and agency policies allow
-Meet production goals as established
-Participate in extensive product training
-Responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships
-Maintain the highest level of service by meeting and exceeding quality standards
-Remain responsible for continuing education in the field

Preferred Qualifications:

-BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
-1-3 years of related work experience, post-graduation
-Desire to work in sales and the insurance industry
-Coachable, self-motivated, curious, and resilient, with a "get the job done" attitude
-Well-rounded with varied interests, experiences, and backgrounds
-Professional, efficient communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills
-Must be legally authorized to work in the US

Benefits:

Start at 50k/year salary base
Uncapped commissions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
