- 3+ years of experience in delivering MS Dynamics based solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent oral, written and verbal communications skills
- Complete understanding of at least two of the MS Dynamics Modules – Customer Account Management, Sales & Marketing, Customer Service Request Management, etc.
- Role is a balanced role in functional capability and business process expertise
- Perform Dynamics AX, CRM /Dynamics 365 Business Central design sessions with clients and prospects
