Position Overview:
As a Promotional Products Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales and managing relationships with both clients and suppliers. This role requires an expert in the promotional products industry who is passionate about helping clients find the perfect branded solutions. You'll work across functions to execute custom orders, meet ambitious sales targets, and ensure client satisfaction from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities, but not limited to:
· Client Relationships: Act as a trusted strategic partner for clients, offering tailored promotional solutions for small businesses and large accounts alike.
· Sales Development: Build and maintain strong client relationships, actively promoting our products, and leading high-level sales conversations to close deals.
· Strategic Planning: Implement strategies to meet sales targets, adapting to local market trends and the unique needs of each client.
· Order Management: Oversee the entire sales process from order placement to delivery, ensuring every detail aligns with the client’s vision and needs.
· Collaboration: Work closely with internal & external teams to execute custom orders, maintain accurate data, and provide optimal customer experiences.
· Data Management: Utilize tools like Microsoft Office and Zoho to manage client communications, data tracking, and sales reporting effectively.
Required Skills:
· Sales & Account Management Experience: 1-3 years in sales or account management. A proven track record of managing distributor accounts and implementing strategic sales processes.
· Customer Focus: Passion for engaging with clients and understanding their needs to provide exceptional service. Ability to foster long-term relationships and become a trusted resource.
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present products persuasively, negotiate effectively, and collaborate with team members.
· Problem Solving & Adaptability: Solutions-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Able to maintain professionalism under pressure and adapt to changing customer needs.
· Team Collaboration: Works well in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions.
· Organizational Skills: Highly organized and process-oriented, capable of managing multiple projects and maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Office & zoho is a plus.

Pay: $17.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
