Job Description

We are looking for someone who is used to working with multiple accounts in an agency setting. Must be well-organized, a strong communicator, client-facing, grammar rock-star that bleeds social media marketing. We are growing and need someone that can hit the ground running! This is NOT a remote position - you must reside in the Denver, CO area!

The candidate will oversee Social Media campaigns and content creation on multiple social media platforms for different clients which include but are not limited to: research, campaign & content creation, Facebook ads strategy, execution, monitoring, and reporting, blog writing, and some newsletter creation. Knowledge of some Web design and Video best practices is also helpful but not a requirement (we can teach) as it is correlated to items we do.


  • Writing social media posts for multiple accounts on an almost daily basis
  • Client Relations - Proactively maintaining and deepening ongoing client relationships
  • Creating different creatives using the latest social media platform tools (Reels, Stories, Lives, etc.).
  • Work with account managers and marketing team to create social media strategies
  • Assist with managing the strategy and setup of Facebook ad campaigns, may include writing copy and defining creatives
  • Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all programs
  • As a fast-growing marketing agency stress and controlled chaos are often part of our everyday life therefore the candidate will need to be able to work under pressure
  • Stay current with social media trends and tools – includes attending networking and educational events, reading blogs, and listening to podcasts
  • Continue to refine and define our social marketing process
  • Available to meet with clients with their own transportation
  • Upsell clients on additional services when appropriate such as paid campaigns, video, web design, or SEO

Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of social media marketing and marketing agency experience
  • Experience including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, Vimeo, G-Suite, Pinterest, and more
  • Knowledge of social media and analytics software (Hootsuite, Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.)
  • Knowledge of social media design software like Canva
  • Must have impeccable spelling and grammar
  • Experience using email marketing software

  • Exceptional time management skills including the ability to handle multiple clients with changing priorities
  • Please note the position will grow into a full-time account management role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,500.00 - $40,000.00 per year
