Job brief
We’re looking for a results-driven InsideSales Representative for our Downtown Los Angeles location.
Responsibilities:
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services (vape hardware) using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers in the cannabis manufacturing industry.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed-upon store sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments as needed.
  • Reporting on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services as needed.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Assist Wholesale Store Manager in maintaining inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with the corporate office in Arcadia as needed.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven work experience in a sales role with at least 1-2 years in the vaping industry is highly preferred.
  • Proven work experience of 2-3 years as a sales representative.
  • Proven work experience of 1-2 years in outbound calling and prospecting.
  • Account management and relationship building experience is preferred
  • Punctuality and reliable transportation is required
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills a plus.
  • Ability to deliver presentations of products to customers.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
Compensation:
  • Hourly position + commission earned on every sales with no cap on individual total.
  • Commission included in salary range.
  • Existing house accounts will be provided after 1 month.
  • Health, Dental, and Vision 1st of the month after 60 days.
  • Sick leave begins accruing at time of hire.
