Join our dynamic Hill’s Digital & Direct eCommerce applications group as a Product Analyst, where you'll have the opportunity to shape and improve our professional digital experiences. What you'll do:
- Roadmap Support and Definition: Aid Product Managers in crafting and prioritizing digital experience roadmaps with stakeholders, ensuring effective execution of product improvements and releases.
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Collect and analyze needs through interviews, workshops, and documentation, then collaborate with IT, UX, and business teams to refine functional and design requirements.
- Development Coordination: Develop user stories and technical requirements, ensuring these are consistently tested, completed, and launched. Design process flow diagrams and coordinate team activities to align with product/site objectives.
- Analytical Evaluation and Iteration: Define success metrics and implement event-based analytics pre-launch; post-launch, evaluate features using analytics to guide future iterations with Product Managers.
- Scrum and Team Leadership: Lead scrum teams, encouraging adherence to project documentation, brand consistency, legal requirements, and the timely completion of user stories during sprints.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or Information Technology, or Mathematics, Engineering or similar degree
- 6+ years of professional experience, including a minimum of 2 years in an IT Business Analyst or Product Owner capacity.
- Experience with leading digital commerce platforms, such as Commerce Cloud, Magento, Salesforce, Shopify, Big Commerce, and others.
- Participation in Agile/SCRUM development teams, contributing to the iterative and collaborative advancement of projects.
- A proven functional understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and similar frameworks.
Preferred Experience:
- Proven track record to clearly convey ideas to diverse audiences, supported by strong organization and self-motivation.
- Proven capability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, maintaining thoroughness and dedication to business partnership.
- Comfortable handling ambiguity in business requirements and technology, while ensuring adherence to standard QA practices and quality gates.
- Experienced with Google Analytics and collaborative tools like Jira and Confluence; familiarity with web development and B2B technology is advantageous.
- Skilled in leveraging user-centric design principles and applying user experience concepts in dynamic work environments.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $88,800.00 - $134,400.00 USD
Pay is based on multiple non-discriminatory, individualized factors including but not limited to experience, job-related knowledge and education, skills and office/market location. In addition to base salary, salaried employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing and, for Executive-level (salary grade 16 and above) roles only, long-term incentives in the form of Restricted Stock Units and/or Stock Options.
Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable benefits plans then in effect, all salaried employees are also eligible for a competitive benefits package which includes:
- Insurance: Employees (and their eligible dependents) are eligible to participate in Company-sponsored Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment and Disability insurance plans.
- Retirement Plans: Employees are eligible to enroll in Colgate's 401(k) plan, which provides for company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements
- Vacation/PTO: Employees receive a minimum of 15 days of vacation/PTO leave annually
- Paid Holidays: Employees receive a minimum of 13 paid/floating holidays annually
- Paid Sick Leave: Based on location and consistent with applicable state and local law, employees receive a minimum of 40 hours of paid sick leave on January 1st of each year
- Paid Parental Leave: Eligible employees may take up to eight weeks of paid parental leave and 12 weeks of unpaid leave (varies for employees with fewer than 12 months of service and is subject to hours worked requirements)
