Your Role and Responsibilities
Segment 1 First Line Manager for Power and Mainframe customers. Focused on Strategy/Tactical penetration of the Seg 1 market driving growth within our Power and MF businesses. Develop personal relationships with Key Seg 1 customer and IBM Partners, becoming a go-to contact to coordinate, lead and support teamwork.
  • Responsible for driving brand revenue through direct and ecosystem partners that sell into their S1 territory
  • Key driver of demand generation in territory they are aligned to. Executing sales plays and Initiatives
  • Support solution co-creation with partners and provides use-case expertise for portfolio of brand offerings
  • Advocates with brand leadership and looks for new opportunities to scale within the Seg 1 accounts and ecosystem. Engaging on significant deals and clients
  • Working closely with Managing Directors and Client teams to drive inclusion of brand-specific technology within assigned territory

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 5 years’ experience in technology infrastructure sales
At least 4 years’ experience selling Server/Storage hardware and/or software products. At least 5 years Managing Sales teams

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Knowledge of Hybrid Cloud, AI Solutions, SAP Hana, zExpansion solutions, Cyber Security
Competitive Knowledge of the servers

Must have the ability to work in Canada without sponsorship.
