KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the yearly support of Caudalie’s top doors in the assigned territory of Montreal South Shore, Montérégie & Estrie,

Your manager is the Regional Sales Director of the region you are part of.

1-DRIVE RETAIL SALES IN TOP DOORS

  • Meet and exceed sales support goals for territory assigned
  • Plan, schedule and coordinate all in-store support
  • Build strong relationships and partnerships with store management and staff at all levels
  • Ensure Caudalie Brand Image is respected consistently in all retail accounts
  • Execute merchandising plans, replace testers if needed from head-office
  • Plan and Execute flawlessly in store
  • Work side by side with the Sales and Education manager of the territory for planning and executing store events, supports debriefings you run alone.

2-TRAIN AND MOTIVATE STORE TEAMS

WHEN supporting:

  • Quick training of the store staff to ensure their strong support and help sell through during the support/event
  • Provide high level of customer service
  • Bring the spirit of partnership to all interactions
  • Always strive to help and provide solutions and lend a sense of availability and accessibility to the stores

3-OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage budget (expenditures)
  • Perform administrative duties as required

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Cosmetic experience required
  • Strong retail background, preferably with pharmacies (Jean Coutu)
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication & networking skills, excellent customer service skills
  • Strong selling techniques skills, ability to drive results
  • Organized, high energy, strong work ethic, passionate, detail-oriented, entrepreneur spirit
  • Flexible, desire to learn and grow, self-motivated, autonomous
  • This position requires traveling within Quebec (Montreal South Shore, Montérégie & Estrie for events)

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Expected start date: 2021-09-13

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
