Responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible for providing accurate and professional customer service to assigned commercial P&C customers from various industries, such as, real estate, technology, contractors, and etc.
- Work directly with customers to effectively maintain all aspects of the insurance program from issuing certificates and auto ID cards to preparing proposals and renewals.
- Responsible for helping achieve department and organization revenue growth goals, through customer retention and collaboration within the department and organization.
Requirements:
- At least 18 years of age
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or equivalent preferred
- 3-8 years retail insurance agency experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
