About The Role: We are a fast-growing startup and are looking for someone in our Account Executive role. As an early-stage employee, you will be working closely with the founders, sales, and customer success. Within Engage you will be responsible for all aspects of the sales process after the demo has been set. You will be taking demos set by our SDR's - following up and closing deals. The ideal candidate is passionate, intellectually curious, consultative, and has a true hunter mindset to close new business.

Responsibilities :

  • Prospect for clients, pitch new business and generate sales
  • Hit or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Create long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Manage the full sales-cycle, including contract generation and other deliverables for closing

Key qualifications:

-Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales-Record of meeting and exceeding quota (consistent top 10% performer)

-Demonstrated consultative sales approach with focus on building relationships with client

-Closed sales cycles in competitive markets

-Team player who enjoys working with cross-functional teams

Strong communicator who is highly organized with strong attention to detail

-Thrive in an upbeat environment and are energized by a monthly sales cycle

  • Role will start off fully remote until our offices re-open in Jan - Feb 2022
  • Once the office re-opens it will be partially remote (1-2 days in the office and the other days remote)
  • REQUIRED: APPLICANTS MUST BE IN THE MIAMI AREA

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
