Job Description

Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 plus Commissions

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range and advancement for this position before commissions. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. Outside qualified applicants can expect hiring salary to be towards the middle of the posted salary range.

Job Description:

We are searching for a Director of Sales and Marketing with 7-10 years of B2B sales and marketing experience to help expand our business nationwide. We are an established SaaS company that creates proprietary healthcare software, acts as a VAR for other complimentary software packages and provides industry consulting services. We are in a recession proof industry with a 15+ year record of continued growth and an impeccable reputation.

You will lead through strategic initiatives and grow a team of sales and marketing experts that will challenge your skills to perform at an optimal level by developing and executing on strategic sales and marketing objectives in building a full sales pipeline.

We are looking for a self-motivated professional that is highly organized and creative, with the demonstrated ability to find, court and close accounts, provide management and leadership expertise to coordinate sales efforts, and lead our marketing efforts. This person must be a quick learner and be interested in becoming a Subject Matter Expert on each of our products and services. We are looking for an individual who will generate their own and departmental excitement in sharing the benefits of our products and services with potential customers in a clear, energetic manner. This person must work well in a team atmosphere, and possess excellent and professional phone etiquette and computer skills. Responsibilities and Qualifications:

  • Exhibit excellent business judgment and critical thinking skills.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas in a managerial role.
  • Possess strong leadership with excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Develops strategic sales and marketing objectives.
  • Establishes sales territories and quotas, keeps the sales pipeline full.
  • Identifies customer needs, tailors the offer and work with company leadership to determine product lines selling strategies, pricing and discount rates.
  • Manages and develops marketing programs and materials such as advertising, event support and online promotions.
  • Effective and efficient at progressing leads through the sales cycle and closing.
  • Complete pricing proposals, quotes, and bids conforming to company standards.
  • Analyzes prospects needs and uncovers business challenges and opportunities.
  • Ensure sales representatives perform as per expectations and attain sales targets.
  • Support and help sales executives to close sales as required.
  • Update and maintain client and prospect database in company CRM.
  • Works closely with company leadership to maintain consistent and strategic follow up with all accounts and marketing campaigns.
  • Is a great communicator, presenter and relationship builder - our product requires you to interact with our clients on a personal and professional level through phone calls, videos, web demos, and in-person meetings.
  • Travel to conferences and customer sites to understand customers' needs and develop a consultative solution.

Persuasive oral and written skills with both external customers and internal teammates will be essential to your success in this position for relationship building. Required Education and Experience:

· A Bachelor’s Degree preferred

· A minimum of 7-10 years of B2B sales and marketing experience

· SaaS and Medical/Healthcare experience helpful
