Sales Representative

Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Educate clients on the features and benefits of insurance products, including coverage options, premiums, and deductibles.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and maximize customer retention.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to work in office by yourself and take initiative. Accountability is essential.
- A valid insurance license (Property & Casualty & Life License) or willingness to obtain one.
- Competitive base pay from $21+/hour depending on experience plus commissions on new business and bonus potential based on performance
