- Responsable du développement du contenu de la formation pour un environnement mixte de formation virtuelle, en face à face et en ligne, soutenant la culture de haute performance de notre organisation.

Reporting to the VP of Human Resources and People Development and working closely with the Learning Campus Training Leader, you will play a direct role in the organizations sales success.

Position Overview:

· Responsible for developing training content for a blended environment of virtual, F2F and eLearning supporting our organization’s culture of high performance.

· Coordinate and facilitate training for our sales organization to Sales Leaders and Sales Representatives through various training programs.

· This position will focus on providing support and skills development to our French-speaking Sales Leaders and Sales Representatives.

· Work closely with internal leaders, including the Senior Leadership Team, as champions to assess learning and development needs and support training programs development and roll out.

· Plan and coordinate the implementation of leadership development offerings as well as provide one to one leadership coaching

· Gather and assess participant data, make recommendations and implement content improvements.

· Maintain expertise on Leadership Development trends and best practices.

· Translate and prepare various program contents and other support material.

· Travel may be a requirement for this role.

Our Ideal Candidate Requires:

· Bilingual in oral and written French and English.

· Post Secondary Education in related field; Business, Sales, Adult education/training

· Minimum 3+ years experience in facilitation of Leadership Development programs to an audience of Management level.

· Proven track record in facilitating training within the Sales and Marketing environment.

· Prior Sales Management experience is a strong asset.

· Industry certifications of relevant skills for facilitation and content creation.
