Ton rôle et tes responsabilités chez Quadbridge:


En tant que Directeur de comptes, tu es chargé de proposer et délivrer une gamme complète de solutions et des services TI à nos clients. Bien entendu, la conclusion vente n’est pas la seule finalité; tu dois être capable d’aller plus loin pour fidéliser ton client. La collaboration avec tes Gestionnaires et ton équipe sera une ressource essentielle pour réussir cette mission.


Plus précisément, tu devras :


  • Construire ta propre liste de prospection, grâce à des recherches personnelles, puis démarcher l’ensemble de tes propects par téléphone afin de ramener de nouveaux clients à l’entreprise.
  • Ta liste de prospects peut s’étendre sur toute l’Amérique du Nord – La recherche de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires est largement favorisée.
  • Continuellement entretenir de bonnes relations avec tes propects et tes clients afin de les fidéliser sur le long terme, ce qui signifie : entendre leurs problématiques, leur proposer des solutions et des conseils qui répondent à leurs besoins, faire preuve de créativité pour trouver ces solutions.
  • Négocier les prix avec les fournisseurs afin de proposer des prix intéressants à tes clients et augmenter ton profit.

  • Une expérience réussie en vente, essentiellement basée sur du démarchage téléphonique. Avoir une liste de clients déjà établie est un atout considérable pour avoir une base dès l’embauche.
  • Esprit entrepreneurial, autonome et qui dirige seul sa propre réussite, qui aime les environnements déstructurés et dynamiques, et qui embrasse les difficultés.
  • Attitude positive en tout temps, avec ses clients comme avec son équipe.
  • Une personne passionnée par les nouvelles technologies, qui aime être « à la page » et aime travailler sur des solutions avant-gardistes.
  • Communication solide, polie et courtoise en anglais, autant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit; la connaissance du français est un véritable atout.
  • Minimum 2 ans d'expérience pertinente en vente

Role and Responsibilities at Quadbridge:


As an Account Manager, you are responsible for providing a full-service IT solutions and services to our clients. Your responsibilities go above and beyond just making a sale, you are also responsible to build strong relationships and maintain the loyalties of your clients. Collaboration with your Sales Managers and team will be essential for succeeding in this role.


More specifically, you will:


  • Generate your own leads via prospecting, through your own research, and reach out to prospects by phone to bring new clients to the company. Your list can comprise of clients anywhere in North America.
  • Establish and maintain long-term business relationships with your prospects and clients by listening to them and finding creative solutions to propose to them and give advices to respond to their needs.
  • Negotiate pricing with vendors and clients to generate the most profit.

The type of profile that is successful at Quadbridge:


  • Successful outbound sales and cold-calling experience; having a list of accounts already established is a strong asset.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomous, with a self-drive to succeed, who enjoys a non-structured and dynamic work environment, and embraces challenges.
  • Positive attitude towards clients and the team.
  • Demonstrates a passion for new technologies, by staying current in the upcoming trends.
  • Strong English communication skills, polite and courteous, both written and spoken; French is an asset.
  • At least 2 years of relevant sales experience
