Evertree Inside Sales Producer
The Position:
We’re looking for a highly motivated P&C licensed individual who wants to continue a career in the insurance industry as a Personal Lines Producer. This person will be required to keep up in a fast-paced industry and guide their clients through the personal lines insurance buying process while educating them along the way.

The Day-To-Day
- Embrace the Evertree Sales Philosophy while hitting monthly sales goals
- Convert incoming prospects into multi-line clients
- Maximizing every opportunity by handling each lead in a timely manner
- Keep track of client workflow by following organizational standards
- Learn the in’s and out’s of personal lines insurance & life insurance (No prior knowledge? No worries!)
- Maintain a positive attitude and be a Evertree team player
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2-3 years of proven sales experience
- Strong ability to negotiate effectively and drive sales results-be persistent & persuasive
- Demonstrated success in a fast-paced sales environment
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams
- Efficiency/organization skills
- Tech savvy-can navigate multiple CRM systems
