Sunset Heating & Cooling in Portland, OR is on the hunt for a full-time Sales Manager to join our HVAC Sales department to oversee sales and ensure success! In this management position, you can expect to work a typical Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm work week, and will enjoy earning a competitive pay of $90,000/year plus incentives. Combined, you have an earning potential of $120,000-$140,000/year! Established in 1922 to haul sawdust from area sawmills to sell to Oregon families for heating fuel, the Sunset name has been in the heating business for a very long time. From wood to coal to oil and, currently, natural gas or electric, we've seen many changes and made transitions to stay current in the industry. You are a highly-motivated HVAC Sales Manager, and you utilize your robust selling skills to assemble and train a productive team! Your role is to ensure that both our inside and outside sales reps and technicians accurately and professionally represent the company while striving for 100% customer satisfaction. Also, establish sales procedures plus monitor that the proper sales process, pricing, and products are being offered. As an exceptional leader, you motivate and encourage your team to challenge themselves to attain their goals!

This is a Sales Manager's position but you must understand and embrace that Sales Installation Administration all have to work hand in hand in order to succeed.
