Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Care Coordinator & Sales at Beverly Hills Physicians in our Encino location. The role involves pre-sales, outbound calls to leads generated by our marketing staff, sale of the procedure, and seeing the client/ patient through the completion of sales process and ultimately the surgery. Daily tasks such as appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, care coordination after patient's consultation with plastic surgeon, providing quote for the procedure, make follow up phone call, and utilizing medical terminology to provide top-level patient care. Common procedures include breast augmentation surgery, liposuction, abdominoplasty/ tummy tuck, fat transfer/ BBL, mommy makeover, facelift, rhinoplasty, Botox, fillers such as Restylane and Juvederm, Renuvion laser and more.

Qualifications

• Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette skills

• Experience in Care Coordination and Medical Terminology, particularly plastic surgery terminology

• Technology skills such as computer and email (Outlook)

• Patient Care expertise

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Attention to detail and organizational abilities

• Experience in a healthcare or aesthetics environment is a plus

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

Must be able to work half day on some Saturdays and be willing to travel to our Lancaster and Pasadena offices.

Salary is $20 per hour plus commission (3%).

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
