We are looking for a smart and fearless content creator, with experience in Salesforce and in education, to craft compelling content for our Education Cloud customers. The Success Content Specialist will help create and deliver webinars, videos, e-books, and other instructional content to help customers drive adoption and success with products.

You are: a self-starter who's collaborative, creative, and passionate about the success of our education customers. You're a fast, detailed writer who knows how to translate complex, technical topics into easy-to-understand content. You enjoy talking to groups about technology, know how to engage a community via various channels, and can build the kind of content that works in a mobile, social world.

This role sits on the Customer Adoption team as a part of the larger Customer Success Group and will work closely with Product, Industry Solutions, Marketing, and our vibrant community of partners and customers.


  • Collaborate with other members of the Customer Adoption team, and with the partner and customer community, to produce informative content in a wide range of formats. This includes webinar slide decks, blog posts, e-books, and demo videos.

  • Act as a subject-matter expert (SME) on using Salesforce for education.

  • Collaborate with in-house writers to produce Trailhead content.

  • Deliver live, technical webinars to large groups of customers and occasionally present content at live events.

  • Craft compelling content that supports customer success strategies and that position as an inspiring leader in the education ecosystem.

  • Engage with the community on the Power of Us Hub to solve technical issues, share best practices, and generally support customer success.

  • Use data-driven insights to optimize our content for a range of channels and audiences.


  • 3+ years experience in Salesforce, ideally within an educational institution

  • Solid understanding of the Salesforce platform and Salesforce best practices

  • Outstanding communication skills including demonstrated ability to produce training materials

  • Expertise translating complex, technical ideas and messaging into concise, compelling content

  • Experience in education (and/or experience working with clients doing that work)

  • Outstanding teammate and collaborator who can deliver on the needs of multiple internal and external partners.

  • Energy, enthusiasm, and a desire to learn and perform in a fast-paced environment.

  • Preferred: Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Preferred: Experience with’s Education Data Architecture (EDA)

Key Accountabilities  * Create customer success plans to drive growth for each account  * Support solution design and technical implementation of current desired integrations as outlined in the customer success plan. * Monitor user adoption and product utilization and create targeted programs to increase engagement and support the agency's change management process. * Build strong relationships between the Miovision product and support teams to ensure continuous resolution of ongoing operational issues as well as product deficiencies that may come up.  * Participate in regular support and health checks to ensure accounts are continuing to derive value from our solutions * Support software renewal and upselling activities  Skills/Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or recognized equivalency or achievement of recognized professional level * 5+ years of technical experience; must understand network products * Ability to travel internationally, providing on-site consulting work to clients * Ability to manage multiple projects utilizing strong planning and organizational skills * Experience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping and process redesign * Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management and support * Analytical nature with the ability to solve complex business issues * Basic understanding of product development and engineering processes.  We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
