Sales & Solutions Consultant, CRM – Remote

We are looking for a results-driven Solutions Consultant with Software as a Service/ Customer Relationship Management (SaaS/CRM) experience to join our Sales team. As an SS, you will be responsible for consulting and selling a portfolio of digital solutions to the commercial segment. You will strategize and execute new business sales to meet Eligeo’s outbound revenue targets. This position is ideal for someone that wants to get away from the corporate machine or gain experience in a smaller firm where there is upward growth opportunity within the organization.

What you will be doing:

  • Understanding workflow processes, business, client challenges and needs to help our clients grow by providing. technology consulting and custom software solutions.
  • Understanding CRM industry trends to meet company KPI’s. Maintains extensive and accurate product. knowledge to present to our clients through cost/benefit and needs analysis.
  • Writing emails and creating email sequences with the CRM for different lead funnels.
  • Use internal sales tools, channel tools, and social media tools to prospect new opportunities.
  • Attending conferences, webinars, virtual events, networking.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Confidently qualifying, validating, promoting, and selling products and services to new business opportunities.
  • Collaborating with the Eligeo team to create an exceptional experience for our clients and prospects through effective communication and teamwork.
  • Keeping data integrity. Keeping accurate records and notes within the CRM.
  • Planning and preparing web conference demonstrations, arranging zoom and teams’ meetings with clients and prospects.
  • Making strategic business decisions with the goal of reaching high margins, and long-term business relationships.
  • Create reports on current sales funnels, numbers, client needs, competitive activities, and forecast.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of successful SaaS/CRM sales/business development experience.
  • Preferred: BS/BA degree or equivalent.
  • Extremely comfortable with technology, excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365, high WPM typing speed.
  • 2-5 years in Sales and in an Account Management role
  • Has a strategically proven track record of reaching sales targets.
  • Strong prospecting, qualifying, and outbound sales experience.
  • Preferred: Experience with SugarCRM, Monday.com, Salesforce, Zendesk, Hubspot & Ring Central
