Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, the Global Lead Management Excellence Specialist oversees alignment, implementation and best practice for Honeywell Building Technologies’ (HBT) end-to-end lead management process (from Inquiry to “Won”) across Sales, Marketing and our Partner Network. This role works as part of our Center of Excellence (COE) to maintain and improve the overall lead management framework for HBT and ensure that it is properly implemented across our various business units. Responsibilities range from lead data optimization, improving the systems behind lead qualification and routing, improving lead tracking and marketing attribution design, defining appropriate KPIs to help the business track their output, and analyzing business performance to make recommendations for improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a roll up your sleeves mentality, extensive experience with Marketing Automation and CRM systems and be familiar with popular enterprise Lead Management frameworks such as Sirius Decisions Demand Waterfall. Marketo and Salesforce.com experience is strongly preferred.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and drive the global lead management process and governance across end user and channel marketing activities working with marketing teams in different businesses and regions.
  • Demonstrate business impact of Marketing activities (e.g. Return on Marketing Investment including: By business / by region KPIs such as MQL, SAL, SQL, Marketing Generated Pipeline, Marketing Generated Revenue for end user and channel activities).
  • Work with our Marketing Intelligence function to ensure our demand gen dashboards for each business unit and core campaigns are providing the businesses with actionable and detailed conclusions and recommendations.
    Design and lead cross-functional implementation workshops to deploy standard end-to-end lead management processes for each business unit.
  • Partner with Sales, Sales Operations and SFDC Admins to optimize workflow and standardize lead management process.
    Educate the broader marketing and sales functions on lead management best practices.
  • Diagnose issues with the lead management process in Salesforce or Marketo and develop effective solutions.

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Lead Management
  • 5 years of lead generation/management, lead scoring, lead nurturing and lead qualification/tracing across the entire life cycle of the lead.
  • 5 years of experience with Marketing Automation and CRM systems
  • 5 years of Experience implementing/maintaining data governance models.

WE VALUE

  • Marketo or Salesforce certification.
  • Experience with Sirius Decisions Demand Waterfall.
  • Experience with Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
  • Ability to manage complex cross system data sets and translate data into insights and actions to improve lead management and execution of marketing activities.
  • Experience using Bizible for marketing attribution.
  • Ability to analyze, interpret, prioritize and visualize complex data / analytics and turn into actionable, measurable and business growth insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to lead and drive complex projects between IT and Sales/Marketing
  • Understanding of sales processes/cycles and operations.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams across a geographically dispersed organization.
