Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue mortgage sales opportunities to consistently meet or exceed targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects within the real estate market.
  • Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections and successfully close mortgage deals.
  • Navigate mortgage and realty processes efficiently to ensure timely follow-ups and closures.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and changes in mortgage regulations to provide informed advice.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and streamline processes.

Requirements:

  • Outgoing personality with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to analyze financial data effectively to understand the numbers game in mortgage sales.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales is required.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and mortgage industry regulations is desirable but not required.

Compensation:

  • Salary: $52,241.18 - $188,676.91 per year (based on experience and performance)
  • Bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and paid time off.

Schedule:

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
  • In-person work setting based in Los Angeles, CA.
