Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and pursue mortgage sales opportunities to consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects within the real estate market.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to overcome objections and successfully close mortgage deals.
- Navigate mortgage and realty processes efficiently to ensure timely follow-ups and closures.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Stay abreast of market trends and changes in mortgage regulations to provide informed advice.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and streamline processes.

Compensation:
- Salary: $52,241.18 - $188,676.91 per year (based on experience and performance)
- Bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and paid time off.
Schedule:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts.
- In-person work setting based in Los Angeles, CA.
