## Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
## Responsibilities
-Following up with the potential customers after an appointment has taken place to help move the sale through the sales pipeline and potentially close the deal.
- Generating B2B sales leads via outbound calling.
- Engaging with potential customers by greeting them in a welcoming manner in the store, by phone, or electronically (via chat, text, or email) and setting appointments for our design consultants.
-Helping customers with the design process and communicating product features and benefits to potential customers.
## Skills
- Strong sales acumen with a focus on customer service
- Experience in inside sales or business development is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate and articulate product design and value propositions
- Experience with carpet/flooring and a familiarity with flooring specific software such as RFMS is advantageous
There are two potential work schedules available:
Part-time work working 10:00am - 2:00p.m. (5 hours) six days a week. (Monday - Saturday) - or-
Full-time work working 10:00am - 6:00pm Tuesday-Friday and 10:00am-2pm on Saturday

Pay: $21.44 - $22.66 per hour
Expected hours: 29 – 36 per week
