Wolf Dental Solutions, a leading nationwide dental equipment dealer, has lucrative opportunities in Oakland and the greater Bay Area for dentists, hygienists, and assistants with clinical knowledge & experience to prospect for, promote, present, and sell our product line of CBCT cone beam machines, intraoral scanners, CO2 lasers, 3D printers, in-office teeth whitening systems, and more.
Our most successful dental sales partners work smart and are building fruitful relationships with implant reps, practice consultants, real estate agents, and other dental vendors and are also networking at dental meetings and study clubs to generate leads for themselves. Another key to success is being able to visit dental offices, building rapport with the staff, leaving product literature, and following up regularly via phone and email in order to schedule product demos and lunch & learns for yourself to run. Having existing dental industry connections and relationships and being able to utilize them is also crucial to early success. Sales partners may receive warm leads from us from time to time from trade shows and our marketing efforts. We'll alleviate a lot of the load of administrative tasks by assisting you with putting together order forms, arranging financing with our lending partners, trading in or disposing of customers' old equipment and coordinating installation.
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity to start, with the realistic possibility of a salaried position with benefits being offered in the future dependent on performance. There are no schedules or required hours to keep, however the more time and effort put into this the more money you can make. Someone who puts in the daily work to prospect, schedule and run quality demos and can have intelligent and educated conversations with dentists and their staff can realistically make well over $250,000 a year. $50,000 or more as a side gig is very possible as the payouts on our products are high. Initial and ongoing training will be provided at no cost. Unlimited printed marketing materials will be sent to you at no cost.
Scope of the role:
Building rapport and relationships with dental practices and dental vendors
Scheduling and running product demos and lunch & learns
Meeting with prospective clients on-site throughout the sales process
Answering client questions about our products with knowledge and authority
Working with us to discuss credit terms and secure financing for clients
Coordinating successful installs with our company and clients
Requirements for success:
A minimum of 4 years of hands-on clinical experience in dental
Strong communication skills; extroverted; a “people person”
Self-driven and motivated to make money
The ability to visit a large number of dental offices in person
