Business Analyst Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our growing firm. In this role, you will engage our clients to understand their current and future business functions and system requirements. Additionally, this role will require working and collaborating with technical teams to communicate business needs. This candidate must have at least three years of experience working in an Agile team to deliver enterprise software.

Enterprise Change Manager Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the interpretation and evaluation of business rules and processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and implementing solutions.
  • Ensure proper documentation and guidance is provided for the efficient development of solutions.
  • Analyze and document business rules, client needs and user stories in order to produce an accurate design feature set that reflects business needs.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings on requirements and process redesign
  • Apply knowledge of business process modelling to document processes
  • Facilitate process meetings that involve eliciting process requirements, steps, and liaising with users
  • Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Work closely with product owners, clients, and technical and managerial staff.
  • Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
  • Ensure adherence to project and program processes and life cycles to ensure business and functional requirements are understood, agreed to, documented and can be traced to measurable project success criteria.
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

Requirements and Qualifications

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:

  • Minimum of five (5) years experience working as a Business Analyst on Enterprise Software development projects.
  • Minimum of three (3) years experience working in Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
  • Able to work collaboratively with and through others

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:

  • Experience in creating Enterprise level documentation
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges

Education and Relevant Work Experiences

  • Minimum education requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Requirements (What we look for in candidates): Must-haves: - 4-8 years of work experience in any customer-facing sales role. - Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills. - Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs. - Interest, curiosity, and openness to learning new technologies. - Prior exposure to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DiscoverOrg, ZoomInfo, etc. - Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as end customers. - Learning mindset and the right attitude that will help you thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. - Ability to handle rejections and stay focused and driven. - Ability to multi-task and manage your tasks effectively. - Flexibility in working in different shifts/regions. This is absolutely mandatory because you will be expected to work in a specific shift for a minimum of two years. Good to have: - Prior work experience in SaaS product companies in domains relevant to Freshworks' suite of products. - A proven track record of consistency in overachieving targets.
