Job Description

Ronnoco Beverage Solutions, a leading supplier of Specialty Coffees & Teas and full service beverage programs, is seeking an entry level Key Account Rep in the Kansas City, MO or St. Louis, MO area.

The Key Account Representative will provide support to our outside sales team and work closely with convenience store accounts, ensuring product availability, offering product upsells, and representing the Ronnoco brand through providing exceptional customer service.

This is a remote, full-time role and may require occasional overnight travel.


  • Regularly visit customer accounts within assigned territory to grow sales, resolve issues, and maintain business; respond to customer requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Understand existing regional account customer base as well as customer goals and expectations
  • Support regional sales team with revenue growth, customer retention, and reporting and data
  • Sell additional products into existing accounts
  • Update key account information using database management system or CRM
  • Upgrade equipment and POS when needed, and provide assistance with large installations
  • Maintain high level of product and equipment knowledge
  • Review sales trends and report changes


  • High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • 2-5 years' experience in sales, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and the ability to quickly learn new systems
  • Strong analytical, multitasking and organization skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must have reliable transportation to visit accounts within assigned territory (will be reimbursed for mileage) and a clean driving record
  • Must pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and physical
  • Overnight travel may be required
