The Entry Level Sales Representative team develops a dynamic relationship and supports a variety of teams throughout the organization. A best-fit candidate should be competitive, collected, professional, and comfortable with all modes of communication. The Entry Level Sales Representative position will involve working with customers daily to ensure their services are up to par and they have a more than satisfied experience with our clients products. The Entry Level Sales Representative role requires a problem-solving mindset, as well as flexibility in accordance with situations to the company's clients' needs. The Entry Level Sales Representative team will also act as a bridge between clients and consumers to ensure both needs are met. The role requires an entrepreneurial, problem-solving mindset and strong communication skills.
Entry Level Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the customer experience and guiding new customers through the sales process for products and services
- Work with customers to meet their desired needs while actively listening to their current service problems, finding solutions and the best quote
- Attend trainings for new product offerings and become an expert in all product knowledge and compliance standards offered by the client
- Set objectives, plan, organize and coordinate with team members to meet objectives and goals for our clients
- Assist sales team members when working with customers and processing their orders whenever needed
- Enhance the customer experience through new ideas and approaches
- Develop leadership skills to take on new responsibilities within the company
Entry Level Sales Representative Requirements:
- Experience in management and/ or customer-facing environments is a plus
- High-quality customer experiences and customer engagement
- Proficient communication ability in demanding situations
- Passion for unique customer service, sales strategies, and leadership
- Flexibility in a fast-moving, constantly changing environments
- An unwavering desire for continued improvement and experimentation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
