Job Description:

We are seeking outgoing and personable individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Roofing Inspection Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners, offering them a free roof inspection to assess for storm damage or aging issues. This position involves building rapport with homeowners, educating them about the importance of roof maintenance, and setting up the inspection. You are not required to close any deals; a sales representative will follow up to finalize the sale.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct door-to-door visits to homeowners to offer free roof inspections.
• Educate homeowners about the benefits of regular roof inspections and potential storm damage.
• Establish rapport and trust with homeowners to facilitate the inspection process.
• Schedule appointments for our sales team to follow up and close deals.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing the company.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in face-to-face roles (hospitality experience is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Outgoing personality with a willingness to meet new people.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $68,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
