From first expression of interest through graduation, institutions typically rely on traditional methods of communications (phone, email, paper mailings) to notify and engage with students. Full Measure sees the role mobile plays in redefining the student experience and improving student outcomes and is dedicated to bringing personalized messaging and content experiences to institutions.

Full Measure has seen firsthand the role that mobile devices now play in redefining the student experience and improving student outcomes and is dedicated to bringing personalized rich content, social media engagement and real-time messaging experiences to institutions and the students they serve.

About the Role

As a high-growth company bringing a one-of-a-kind solution to the market, we are looking for motivated individuals who want to be part of building a team and contributing to a culture they can be proud of. This role is tailor-made for a sales professional who wants achievable goals, but does not want to be told how to accomplish them.

The position of Account Executive reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer of Full Measure. This is a full-time position based in our headquarters in Washington, DC and this person is expected to be in-office several times a week. Per guidelines set by the CDC/WHO and other official advising entities where our staff might be located we've implemented a virtual hiring process and continue to interview candidates by phone or video.

The Challenge at Hand:

  • Consistently exceeding quarterly sales targets

  • Territory planning across hundreds of college and university prospects

  • Demonstrating the value of various Full Measure solutions to stakeholders working in multiple functional areas across campus

  • Coaching and developing assigned Sales Development Representatives as a partner and mentor

  • Collaborating with the Marketing, Product and Client Success teams on a unified go-to-market strategy

  • Representing Full Measure as necessary in sales events, site visits, industry conferences and tradeshows

  • Maintaining accurate and timely data in Salesforce and other forecasting tools

About You

  • Strategic Partner and Collaborative Team Player: You work closely with other departments to find and execute open opportunities. You demonstrate ingenuity and creative thinking with problem solving.

  • Trusted Advisor and Customer Advocate: A client-centric, service-oriented approach is core to your approach. Creating and nurturing relationships with a diverse group of individuals comes naturally to you. You are ethical and honest in the relationships that you build, which leads to authentic, reciprocated relationships.

  • Passionate about Higher Education: Your passion for higher education drives you and the work you do. You're excited to get out of bed in the morning and willing to take on responsibilities that go beyond the job description.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 4+ years of direct sales experience

  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM

  • Ability to speak and write fluently in English

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 15% of the time (as allowed by CDC and other COVID-19 guidelines)

Ideal Qualifications

  • Experience working for, or delivering services to, universities and colleges

  • High degree of technical acumen, (i.e. can speak credibly on SaaS platforms, APIs, data security, etc.)

  • Experience with Solution Selling and Challenger methodologies

  • Successful and consistent record of exceeding revenue goals and closing complex, multi-year deals
