Regional Sales Manager, Southeast
Job Description:

Vantron is a rapidly growing company which provides a wide range of custom IoT as well as wireless solutions for our customers. We are hiring a Regional Sales Manager for the South-Eastern United States who will drive sales of IoT Solutions including Wireless gateways, display solutions and cloud-based applications.

Vantron excels at providing custom product solutions for customers with a unique set of technical building blocks which meets a large variety of IoT applications. As a result of our unique value proposition Vantron is experiencing very rapid growth and is looking for a dynamic, results driven closer.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you'll build your territory and manage the following:

· Drive revenue in new and existing accounts as you qualify new opportunities for selling Wireless, displays and IoT solutions.

· Promote and drive sales of Vantron’s hardware and software services

· Conduct sales forecasting, pipeline management and territory management.

· Manage an indirect team of manufacturer sales representatives and distributors in assigned territory

· Promote all aspects of sales and service to clients, partners, and vendors.

· Attend trade shows and industry events to promote Vantron.

· Collaborate with sales operations to generate quotes, develop proposals, and create statements of work and close on these engagements.

Qualifications:

· 8 or more years of experience in account sales and customer management working in the Wireless space with a good technical understanding of embedded hardware including gateway technology.

· Proven ability to manage a complex sales cycle with a good understanding of the technical components.

· Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

· Availability to travel up to 50%, majority of travel within the Eastern U.S.

· Must have ability to work from a home-based office located near a major airport to accommodate travel.

Compensation and Benefits:

Vantron offers a competitive base salary with a benefits package. In addition, Vantron provides an aggressive commission structure based on reaching pre-defined targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
