Responsibilities:
- Serving as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and service requests via phone, email, or chat
- Providing accurate and timely information regarding propane services, pricing, delivery schedules, and account status
- Assisting customers with placing orders, scheduling deliveries, and resolving any delivery or billing issues
- Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, operations, and dispatch, to coordinate efficient propane deliveries and resolve customer concerns
- Maintaining customer records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is captured in the system
- Promoting and upselling additional propane products or services to customers as appropriate
- Handling customer complaints or escalations with empathy and finding satisfactory resolutions
- Building strong customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Able to multi-task well and prioritize workload.
- Able to exercise progressive decision-making.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work, and exceed, in time sensitive environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Pay- Starting at $21 per hour, depending on experience
