About Greenlite:

Greenlite builds AI agents for financial crime teams. We help fintechs and banks automate workflows like suspicious activity investigations, entity due diligence, and regulatory reporting. We’ve raised $4.8M led by Greylock, generate significant annual recurring revenue, and already serve financial institutions across three continents. Role Overview:

As a Senior/Staff Engineer at Greenlite, you will be responsible for developing and scaling our core investigation platform and working on new products crucial for automating compliance workflows. This role is ideal for a "Super IC" who loves building elegant solutions and is passionate about learning, innovating, and tackling ambitious technical problems. You’ll work directly with customers, scope solutions to ambiguous challenges, and focus on delivering real value, not just code.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and scale the Greenlite investigation platform
  • Work on products that automate compliance workflows
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop solutions
  • Architect systems from 0 to 1 and ensure best practices
  • Be an influential part of a high-growth, startup-like environment
  • Continuously learn and innovate to tackle challenging problems

Must-Have Skills:

  • 4 - 8 years of experience in full-stack engineering
  • Experience building products from 0-1
  • Demonstrated impact in previous roles or projects
  • Proficient in our tech stack (NextJS, Node, Postgres, Typescript, Supabase), or ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Strong experience working in startup environments, preferably in a high-growth, seed-Series B startup
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excited to work in-office with the team in San Francisco

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with data modeling and migrating schemas
  • CS degree or equivalent from a top school

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $190,000.00 per year
