As a member of the Customer Success Team, the Customer Onboarding Specialist is the primary contact as customers progress through implementation projects. This may involve managing implementation timelines, educating and training customers to drive the successful adoption of the MealSuite platform, developing training plans, conducting remote or on-site training, scheduling workflow assessments, participating in quality assurance, and other project tasks.
Responsible for on-boarding, and training clients on the MealSuite systems and capabilities
Perform project kick-off meetings with customers and delivery resources
Identify scope, create project plan, manage, monitor and control multiple externally facing customer implementations of our software.
Provide coaching to clients to ensure appropriate utilization of MealSuite products.
Providing guidance and recommendations during software training.
Understanding customer organizational change management needs, including the development and execution plan for user readiness and acceptance.
Establish and maintain excellent client rapport via phone, online meetings, in person and email to build strong successful customer relationships
Conducts account health checks/audits by observing workflow performance and software use.
When not assigned to implementation, may perform quality assurance evaluations and other tasks
Ability to learn and appropriately apply industry terminology/functions taught and used on the job.
Capability to adapt to various learning styles to best assist new clients through training.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment that routinely involves exposure to highly-sensitive personal medical issues. This includes the understanding of, and commitment to, appropriate protection of confidential patient information.
