In order to continue our record growth streak, we need people like YOU to join our team! Are you a creative, entrepreneurial early-in-career who is looking to establish yourself in sales? If so, we are seeking* Inside Sales Representatives* with raw talent who are willing to learn and fine-tune their skillset. In this role, you will be responsible for growing Berlin's small- to mid-sized customers while learning our consultative "Anything is Possible" sales process, Berlin's culture, and how we thrill our customers. The Inside Sales role will be a transitional one while you grow into an Outside Sales Representative.

Key Accountabilities: *

  • Maximize sales and profitability through developing existing accounts.
  • Source product and quote price.
  • Process orders. All activities from order placement to delivery.
  • Service and maintain the daily needs of customers and suppliers.
  • Maintain customer and supplier relationships.
  • Support Branch metrics.
  • Review and maintain open orders.
  • Support ongoing needs of Packaging Consultants and other sales personnel.
  • Fulfill employee portion of the “Berlin Values”.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Two-year degree in a business related curriculum or the equivalent experience
  • Computer literate
  • Interpersonal effectiveness
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good telephone etiquette and service orientation
