Job brief

We are looking for professional candidates to provide high level service and support for our customers in specified regions across North America.
Primary Responsibilities * Provide a high level of communication and support for customers in your region.

  • Focus on building strong and lasting relationships with customers in your region.
  • Communication liaison and point person between customers and key contacts within our company.
  • Frequent onsite customer visits, site analysis, and follow up to ensure constant contact, open communication, and issue management.
  • Prepare customer and internal service reports.
  • Review customer’s spare parts inventory to ensure they have the stock they need to be successful.
  • Assist regional sales team with informing them of service-related issues/opportunities and seeking out new business and other sales/service related tasks.
  • Proactively inform customers in your region of new product and service opportunities
  • Sell service products in your territory (Pro Support, Service Contracts, Service Visits, FMX, etc).
  • Conduct customer onboarding meetings to ensure new customers have everything from service they need to be successful and to meet the parts and service teams.
  • Conduct quarterly service reviews with customers that are signed up for Pro Support to ensure we are providing maximum level of service.
  • Inform customers in your region of upcoming webinars and training opportunities.
  • Maintain and send out weekly service updates to inform sales and management of current events in Parts and Service.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required * Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills.

  • 3+ years in customer service or management experience preferred.
  • College degree or higher education preferred.
  • Organizing and coordinating skills.
  • Ability to travel within your region ~50-75% of your time.
  • Ability to successfully multitask.
  • A team player with a positive winning attitude.

Requirements (What we look for in candidates): Must-haves: - 4-8 years of work experience in any customer-facing sales role. - Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills. - Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs. - Interest, curiosity, and openness to learning new technologies. - Prior exposure to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DiscoverOrg, ZoomInfo, etc. - Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as end customers. - Learning mindset and the right attitude that will help you thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. - Ability to handle rejections and stay focused and driven. - Ability to multi-task and manage your tasks effectively. - Flexibility in working in different shifts/regions. This is absolutely mandatory because you will be expected to work in a specific shift for a minimum of two years. Good to have: - Prior work experience in SaaS product companies in domains relevant to Freshworks' suite of products. - A proven track record of consistency in overachieving targets.
