Sales Representative - All In Nation | Phoenix, AZ
Location: Phoenix, AZ (In-Person Only)
Type: Full Time Employee
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for selling high-ticket services? Do you thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment? All In Nation is looking for a dedicated Sales Representative to join our Phoenix-based office. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of one-on-one consultations, real estate/business education communities, and both virtual and in-person events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management: Proactively call leads, build relationships, and convert prospects into clients.
  • CRM Maintenance: Accurately input and manage customer information in our CRM system.
  • Rapport Building: Utilize strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings, share insights, and contribute to a collaborative environment.
  • KPI Adherence: Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
  • Event Participation: Represent All In Nation at both virtual and in-person events.
What We're Looking For:

  • Sales Experience: Proven track record in high-ticket sales, ideally within real estate or business education sectors.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team setting and contribute to team goals.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools.
  • Self-Motivated: Driven to succeed and motivated by commission-based earnings.
Requirements:

  • Location: Must be able to work in our Phoenix office; this position is not remote.
  • Availability: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM.
