We are looking for someone to join the Denver metro team, based out of our Aurora Operations Center, but in front of customers more than hanging out behind a desk. You will be a great fit if you are a curious learner, wired for excellence and unafraid to go for it. The average tenure in our sales team is over eight years, so please also be looking for something to help build and not just a job.

This position offers a competitive base pay range of $45K to $50K with generous commission guarantees and vehicle use and internet pay. Top-performing sales consultants can expect to earn $90 - $110K in year two. Benefits include medical, life insurance, short and long-term disability, a Simple Plan retirement plan match, and 3 weeks of paid time off.

. Requirements:
Quest to be the best in a chosen profession and a track record of investing time and resources into continuous learning

Professional in appearance, and in verbal and written communication, serving as Signature Windows’ brand ambassador

Willingness to build competency in the technical aspects of specifying windows and doors, including installation methodology, structural requirements, and thermal performance

Ability to develop and work a targeted prospect list, including cold calling, site, and office visits, based on a strategic understanding of what we offer and the people and projects we are ideally suited to serve

Present product and installation proposals based on an understanding of the owner’s dream, the architect’s renderings, and the contractor’s requirements for installation services

Working with leadership, set and reach quarterly sales goals
