Job Title: Marketing & Growth Coordinator, Reverse Mortgage Lending
Department: Reverse Mortgage (REM)
Reports To: Senior Manager, Reverse Mortgage Growth

Purpose of Job:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Reverse Mortgage Growth, the Marketing & Growth Coordinator will be a key contributor to the evolution of Equitable Bank’s Reverse Mortgage business. This is an exciting opportunity that will encompass a broad range of functions intersecting product, marketing, customer experience and operations. Using a data-driven approach, this role will help to shape strategies and execute tactics across our B2B, referred and D2C channels.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive lead acquisition and improve lead conversion rates, by collaborating with both internal and external marketing resources
  • Ensure flawless execution of marketing and sales tactics by managing workback schedules, deliverable timing, revisions and feedback with speed and attention to detail
  • Leverage various internal databases and tools to extract data on funnel performance, in order to report on marketing and acquisition KPIs
  • Extract and analyze data, generate insights and prepare daily/monthly reports, in order to maximize return on spend
  • Present data in various formats including excel reports and presentations to help shape marketing and growth strategies
  • Issues daily/monthly reports on key pipeline metrics, and develop new frameworks/processes for reports as required
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and present data to help identify challenges and opportunities
  • Support future product launches and new feature rollouts by performing research and analysis to gain an understanding of the product/feature itself and the product landscape
  • Contribute to competitive research and landscape analysis; staying abreast with competitive offerings, products, promotional offers, tactics and activities to help gain competitive advantage
  • Provide support to the Customer Success and Credit functions by developing presentations, analyzing and presenting data, and additional ad hoc requests
  • Contribute to a culture of experimentation and learning
  • Support ad-hoc requests for data and insights by extracting data from various sources (such as SQL database, Google Analytics), aggregating and analyzing the data, helping the team to develop clear insights
Knowledge & Skill Requirements
  • A post-secondary education in Marketing, Business/Commerce/Finance
  • 1-2 years experiences in a marketing, growth or product focused role, an asset
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel with a good knowledge of pivot tables and charts, Word with some use of developer controls and Power Point)
  • Strong organizational skills and loves to work collaboratively with other team members
  • Ability to prioritize projects (and get the job done!)
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • An eye for details
  • Knowledge of Tableau, SQL and VBA a great asset
  • Knowledge of financial concepts an asset
