Our company is searching for an experienced Inside or Outside Sales Closer to join our Sales Division of ONIT HOME . Your primary responsibility will be to receive inbound calls from our inside lead generation programs to close down business via zoom or in person. You will work closely with our marketing team and VP of Sales to adjust and develop marketing strategies for the inbound campaigns to improve closing percentages. The ideal candidate for this position is an energetic professional who is competitive, very knowledgeable with SOLAR and able to multi-task effectively, offer quick and accurate advice and provide creative input to help advance our product.

Solar Sales Closer Responsibilities:

  • Driving in Revenue by demonstrating high level of product knowledge
  • Submit updated summaries on Daily performance to management each day
  • Assist in designing strategies with marketing and management team
  • Maintain High Closing Ratios
  • Become proficient in all products offered
  • Meet or exceeds monthly and quarterly sales quotas

Requirement of a Solar Sales Closer:

  • 1-3 years of Solar Sales Closing Experience
  • Proven sales track record
  • Bachelor's degree or Equivalent (or hard knocks)
  • Have Been Top performing Sales representative in a competitive sales environment
  • Knowledge of CRMS or Salesforce experience is a plus, Solar related CRMS

Inside Sales Compensation (Full-Time):

  • $15 Hourly Base Plus $200-$300 per KW per deal
  • Full benefits package/ Medical / Dental
  • 2 weeks Paid Vacation

Outside Sales Compensation (Contractor):

  • $400 per KW per deal

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
