As a Transformation Consultant at Xactly Corporation, you’ll be responsible for partnering with our GTM resources in helping clients determine the best strategic approach in pursuing their revenue transformation initiatives through the Xactly Transform offering. This role will be focused on working closely with our sales organization to facilitate discovery, analysis and provide solution-based recommendations related to how organizations should adopt Xactly’s Intelligent Revenue platform utilizing best practices and our domain expertise. This is a great opportunity for a creative and motivated individual to help define and drive this capability and service. You will also be responsible for facilitating enablement across the cross-functional teams at Xactly to further enrich the knowledge of our Go To Market resources.
Specific job duties and responsibilities include:
Lead Strategy and Capability Mapping discovery workshops with clients to identify the clients strategic priorities and initiatives as well as gain a deep understanding of the current state of an organization across their stakeholders, processes and technology that’s being used.
Facilitate the analysis of the information gathered through discovery to perform Fit-Gap Analysis and Value Mapping exercises.
Present and deliver strategic recommendations related to solution design, solution deployment roadmaps as well as the business case associated with our recommendations.
Work closely with Sales to determine the strategy on active opportunities and strategic accounts and how to best utilize and engage with Xactly Transform.
Conduct quantitative analysis, ROI modeling, and benchmarking.
Develop and deliver compelling business case presentations and value assessment workshops to senior business audiences.
Collaborate within the Xactly Transformation & Innovation team on the continued evolution of customer value management tools, processes, and collateral.

Xactly Transformation & Innovation team is a diverse team of revenue intelligence experts who deliver strategic advisory services to enterprise organizations through our market-leading offering, Xactly Transform. We are consultants, strategists, builders, and innovators charged with helping organizations future-proof their revenue operations and unlock long-term value from Xactly Solutions. We accelerate digital modernization by creating a strategy, building the business case for these initiatives, creating an execution roadmap, and assessing business value realization after solutions are deployed. You’ll manage the value realization component of Xactly Transform, support the entire value management lifecycle at Xactly, and play a critical role in growing and retaining our most strategic accounts.
THE SKILL SET:
3-5 years experience as a Solutions Consultant or another relevant role.
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
Effectively able to deliver projects on-time, on-budget within the scope that meets or exceeds stakeholder expectations.
Demonstrated experience in project management of extensive multi-phase projects.
Impeccable organizational skills.
Strong working knowledge of business management best practices.
Aptitude for analytical and creative thinking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Major strategy consulting firm experience is considered an asset.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL
Get your bearings of Xactly and begin to build a strong foundation of knowledge in Xactly’s Intelligent Revenue platform, upon which to grow
Build relationships with internal business partners including Sales, Global Sales Productivity and Solutions Consulting.
Gain a strong understanding of Revenue Intelligence and Performance space and the business challenges Xactly solves.
WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL
Support Xactly Transform engagements with prospects and customers in partnership with account teams.
Leverage your initial Xactly experiences to identify and prioritize enhancements to the enablement curriculum through development of content through to training.
Have a strong understanding of the business, and begin teaching us a thing or two we don’t know
WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL
Lead the charge on Xactly Transform engagements with strategic customers in partnership with cross-functional teams.
Generate and share insights into solution design and value assessment efforts as part of Xactly Transform with the broader GTM team.
Facilitate enablement and training in Transformation & Innovation offerings to various GTM teams.
WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL
Provide thought leadership and training for the broader GTM team to improve the effectiveness of our value management efforts across the entire customer journey.
Be seen as a well-versed, trusted business advisor and expert, making a significant positive impact company-wide.

Pay range: $94,000 + bonus
Final pay determinations, salary ranges and pay increases are established by the employer. The ranges are an estimate based on potential employee qualifications, operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. They are based upon a combination of local industry benchmarks, budget, experience, and internal comparisons. Salary ranges allow for growth opportunities as the employee develops new skills, and/or hones current skills.
