About the Role:


Our Account Specialists provide general customer service to our new and existing customer accounts. These consultants guide our customers along a path to success in utilizing our tools in their business. They develop relationships of trust with our customers and are the backbone of our company operations.

Account Specialists take inbound calls to answer questions and train our customers on how to use our products/services. They follow-up on past conversations, and make outbound calls to gauge customer satisfaction, system utilization, and feedback for increased performance.

Each full-time Account Specialist has their own dedicated workspace. We are not a massive call center. This team has less than a dozen people, get along well (no bad personalities), takes pride in their work, is encouraged to think for themselves, and has immediate and regular access to company owners.


Qualifications:

  • You must live within the state of Utah and are available for in-office training
  • A dedicated quiet workspace and high-speed, reliable internet
  • The ability to effectively communicate through both written and verbal skills
  • Comfortable building relationships with customers and presenting services over the phone
  • Ability to communicate ideas and concepts well
  • Willingness to learn and be part of a great team
  • Amazing phone presence (people can literally hear you smiling)
  • Accountable to show up to work on time and work your scheduled shift
